The second day of the Mazatlan Fest was a success, thousands of locals and tourists enjoyed the largest festival the Port had during the Holy Week period.
Starting at 7:00 p.m., Avenida del Mar began to receive an audience that was willing at all times to show their best dance steps and sing their best notes with a musical variety for all kinds of tastes.
Four stages along the Malecon enriched the fiesta with nortenos, banda, DJs and versatile music, to give a plus to the celebration that lasted into the night, because human euphoria dominated any hint of fatigue.
Supervising that the environment was the best and that families enjoyed the festival that was created for them, the Mayor of Mazatlan, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, accompanied by his distinguished wife Gabriela Peña Chico, toured the stages interacting with both locals and visitors, receiving at all times the appreciation of the attendees for creating this type of event.
Dance contests, giant beach balls and all the energy of this impressive sea of humans made this event a memorable of tone in this vibrant Holy Week.
