Artwalk, El Camino de Arte, will experience its third special Friday of the 2023-2024 season this Friday, February 16th, where dozens of Mexican and foreign artists and craftsmen will have the opportunity to offer their creations in the middle of a great Port festivity.
As in the rest of the season, the doors of galleries, shops and collective venues will remain open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in official establishments, except Patio Escobedo, Restaurant Presidio and Museo Cicma.
For this special Friday, there will be the participation of 140 artists distributed in 38 suitable spaces to offer their creations and works of art.
Marysol Galván Pelayo, coordinator of the artistic movement, indicated that in the different galleries visitors will be able to purchase artistic pieces such as paintings, photographs, pictorial works, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, drawing, textiles, among other pieces made in different techniques, size and colors.
With this Friday, the Artwalk will no longer have the special days in the middle of the month only the last Artwalks remain, which will take place on March 1st and April 5th, at the same times.
So far, this edition of Artwalk has received positive comments from both the consumer public and the community of artists who find in this initiative an alternative to promote and sell their crafts and works of art and generate spaces for healthy social coexistence.
